how we came into existence

With the impact of Covid-19 changing the way many businesses operate, we found ourselves in desperate need of a centralised booking system that would allow us to adapt and strengthen our franchise business. Something that allowed customers to pre-book individual and multiple classes (up to 3 months in advance) across multiple venues, supply track and trace information, remove the need for cash handling and allow us to control class numbers (at point of booking) in line with government guidelines. We also needed it to automatically collect fees and split transactions between the business and individual franchises, create management reports for each individual business and allow an unobstructed view of the business as a whole… an all encompassing solution to multiple challenges.

An off the shelf solution for all of our needs didn’t exist, so we built one!

And yes, we could have just made it work for our needs, which would have been much easier and quicker, not to mention much less costly and technically involved, but if a solution didn’t exist for us, then it didn’t exist for anyone like us, and that was a much bigger problem.
